Les éditions Tor ont annoncé la signature de deux nouveaux romans pour Adrian Tchaïkovski qu'on connait en France pour Dans la toile du temps ou plus récemment Le Dernier des aînés.
Le premier s'appelle Service Model et sortira en juin 2024, le second en 2026. Il s'agit d'un récit de science fiction, avec l'épopée dans le futur d'un robot qui va assassiner son propriétaire, s'enfuir et découvrir avec ses semblables une nouvelle raison de vivre, sans les humains. La couverture du premier volume a été dévoilée.
